2. Do you treat emergencies or same-day sick visits?
Yes. We offer same-day and urgent care services when available. Call us first, our team will guide you on next steps or help you connect with emergency partners if we’re at capacity.

3. What types of pets do you see?
We care exclusively for dogs and cats — from first-time puppy and kitten visits to senior wellness and everything in between.
4. What is Fear-Free care?
Fear-Free means we prioritize your pet’s emotional well-being alongside their medical care. That includes gentle handling, calming scents, quiet spaces, and a collaborative approach that helps pets (and people) feel at ease. We kindly ask that you refrain from using prong collars, shock collars, or any training devices that aren’t strictly reward based.
5. Do you offer wellness plans?
Yes! Our wellness plans make proactive care simple and affordable. They include routine exams, vaccines, and preventive screenings with flexible payment options.

7. What should I expect during my first visit?
Expect transparency, warmth, and time. Your veterinarian will review your pet’s health, answer questions, and co-create a care plan that fits your goals and budget. No pressure, no surprises.
8. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and cash. Ask us about our flexible payment options if needed.
9. Where are you located and what are your hours?
We’re conveniently located in Hixson at 1043 Executive Drive Suite 104.
Hours: Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–5:30 p.m, our clinic closes for lunch between 12-1pm (closed weekends).
10. Do you take pet insurance?
Yes, we work with many pet insurance providers. Please bring your policy information and we’ll help you with documentation/filing if needed.
11. Do you have an online pharmacy or store?
